Dear friends,
I hope this letter finds you well and in high spirits. I want to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for the incredible opportunities that have come my way as an artist. I am truly grateful to SONY Pictures Television Entertainment for granting me the exclusive honor of having been the first and only artist licensed to have created "The Officially Authorized I Dream of Jeannie Bottle." This title holds a profound place in my heart, representing the deep connection between my artistry and the iconic show.
I want to address the current bottles showcased on my site. Please note that these bottles are recognized by Sony Legal as my own Della Casa Designs, and I hold the copyright to each design offered.
It's important to understand that they are not the approved bottles that I used to offer.
I take pride in the fact that these bottles are the only ones allowed to tour with Barbara Eden globally, fully endorsed by the late Larry Hagman and Bill Daily.
JeannieBottles.com has been the original JeannieBottle site, where wishes have transformed into reality for decades.
Now, let's delve into the artist behind the Jeannie Bottle—myself, Mario A.C. Della Casa. My fascination with I Dream of Jeannie dates back to my earliest memories of watching the captivating black and white show. The moment Major Nelson removed the top, accompanied by that unmistakable "POPPING SOUND," a connection was sparked within me. Deep in my heart, I knew I had to possess that bottle. Inspired to fulfill the dreams of fellow fans, I embarked on the journey of creating these extraordinary pieces.
The sheer wonder on the faces of my friends and family as they discover Jeannie's Bottle proudly displayed on my fireplace mantel brings me enduring joy. It is truly incredible and sparks endless conversations. As a devoted fan of I Dream of Jeannie, I understand the unparalleled joy that comes from holding your very own Genie bottle for the first time, removing the top, and making that inaugural wish. It transports you back in time, reigniting your belief in magic and reconnecting you with the innocence of your youth. It is an exhilarating experience.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the stars of the show, the remarkable Ms. Barbara Eden (Jeannie and Jeannie's Evil Sister), the incomparable Mr. Larry Hagman (Major Anthony Nelson), and the talented Mr. Bill Daily (Major Roger Healy). Their brilliant artistry inspired me to create these exclusive designs as a tribute to their incredible talents.
As an artist, I find immense fulfillment in the challenge of crafting one-of-a-kind masterpieces. Each piece comes to life through meticulous craftsmanship, fueled by boundless time, thought, dedication, loyalty, and love. My Gallery Bottles, meticulously handcrafted and hand-painted using glass and/or brass, exemplify exquisite beauty. The Gallery Brass line, in particular, radiates stunning elegance while boasting unparalleled durability.
It brings me great joy to know that Ms. Barbara Eden, Mr. Larry Hagman, and Mr. Bill Daily proudly possess several of my creations. I am honored to cater to an exclusive clientele that includes Hollywood superstars, influential figures in the motion picture and television industries, CEOs of renowned national and international corporations, esteemed authors, judges, legislators, and more. My artwork has been exhibited across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, gaining recognition through features on esteemed shows and networks such as Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight, A&E Biography, and TV Land Television Network. Additionally, I have had the privilege of designing unique art pieces for national commercials, magazines, and TV shows.
The success of the Jeannie Bottles has propelled me to expand my artistic endeavors. I have created a remarkable line of one-of-a-kind paintings that showcase Jeannie and other beloved TVLand characters, including Lily Munster, Samantha Stevens, and Seven of Nine. With each artwork, I strive to infuse these characters with a delicate balance of elegance and captivating sensuality, staying true to my own perception of them in my dreams.
I am grateful that my art has caught the attention of numerous famous clients, such as Anthony Michael Hall, Nicollette Sheridan, Christopher and Dana Reeve, Pamela Anderson, John Edward, Barbara Eden, Larry Hagman, Charlene Tilton, Linda Grey, Linda Blair, Kate Mulgrew, Penny Marshal, Cindy Williams, and many others. Notable personalities from Hollywood, like Aaron Spelling, Laurence Fishburne, and James Comisar, the curator of the Museum of Television, have also become captivated by my artful creations.
Beyond my artistic achievements, I am deeply committed to supporting those in need. I actively raise funds for organizations such as Project Angel Food, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and various pet-saving organizations. In support of these causes, I have donated my artwork to esteemed auction houses like Christie's, Sotheby's, and Butterfields, with the proceeds dedicated to making a positive impact.
On a personal note, my work goes beyond the creation of a bottle. It revolves around that magical moment when you hold it in your hands, and all your childhood dreams and heartfelt wishes converge into a tangible reality. It transports your mind and soul, allowing you to relive those cherished moments of joy and innocence. Above all, it rekindles the enchantment of magic in your life.
Witnessing the smile that graces your face as you wholeheartedly believe in the power of wishes coming true is the ultimate reward for me as an artist. If I can achieve that, then one of my own wishes has come true.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to those who believed in me and contributed to the growth of JeannieBottles.com. A special thank you goes to the most beautiful lady I know, my mother Mrs. Pina Della Casa, affectionately known as "Bottles by Pina." Her guidance has instilled in me both business acumen and boundless creativity. I would also like to thank my entire family—Rosa, Carmen (R.I.P.), Josie, Salvatore, and my furry children Jake, BabyGirl, and Sheba—for their unwavering love and support.
My sincere appreciation extends to my dear friends Michael L. Edmonds, Michael T. Smith, Carrie Peterman (R.I.P.), James Comisar (Tvtour.org), Valerie Moseley (Icons International), and Sean Kapera (SeanKaperaPhotography.com) for their remarkable contributions and unwavering support. I would also like to recognize Joel McLaughlin for his exceptional friendship, love, and web skills.
I also want to express my deepest gratitude to all my friends at Piazza del Popolo in Fano, Italy. The love and support I have received from each and every one of them will forever hold a special place in my heart.
Lastly, I would like to emphasize the importance of being cautious and vigilant when it comes to purchasing Jeannie bottles. Unfortunately, there have been instances of fraudulent sellers attempting to deceive customers by selling unauthorized bottles under my name. Or selling Bottles because they have pictures with them standing with Barbara Eden to make it appear as though they are authorized. I can assure you they are NOT and never have been.
To ensure that you receive an authentic and desired item, I strongly advise you to always order directly from the official artist who has dedicated their passion to this art form. Trust only in the artist who brought the Jeannie bottle to you 36 years ago and became officially licensed by Sony Entertainment, exclusively touring with the cast of I Dream of Jeannie. That artist is none other than myself, Mario AC Della Casa.
I have been committed to this craft for many years and have earned the trust of fans and collectors alike. Rest assured that when you purchase a Jeannie bottle directly from me, or Bottles by Pina, you are receiving a genuine and trusted work of art!
I Thank you for your continued support and trust in my work.
